AKELEY WOOD NURSERY - 2009 - 2010 Akeley Wood Nursery is open for 51 weeks per year. (It is closed for one week at Christmas and on all English Public and Bank Holidays). The times of the Nursery sessions are as follows: Morning Session 8.00am - 1.00pm Afternoon Session 1.00pm - 6.00pm Ladybirds: 12 months - 2 years

Butterflies are required to attend a minimum of 5 sessions a week.
Children move into the Butterflies Room on 1st September after their 3rd birthday takes place.
- Fees include all meals and snacks. We ask you to provide your own brand of nappies and that any prepared milk feeds are brought in.
- Fees are paid monthly in advance.
- Fees will be paid irrespective of whether your child is absent due to sickness or holiday.
- Parents are asked to confirm their requirements for sessions on a monthly basis. Changes in sessions should be discussed with the Nursery Manager and are subject to availability within the Nursery.
- If you wish to withdraw your child from the Nursery, you will be required to give a minimum of four weeks written notice. In the absence of that notice being given, a further four weeks of fees will be payable, commencing on the last day of attendance.
- Akeley Wood Nursery accepts Early Years Entitlement and most employer child-care vouchers.

Please note that these fees are inclusive of compulsory school lunches, which cost £220 per pupil per term.
