Higher Education

Most students from Akeley Wood Sixth Form move on to Higher Education. The Sixth Form tutors guide students and parents through the application process. Students have progressed to many of the top universities in the country, including Cambridge, Oxford, Durham, Warwick, Bristol, Exeter, Leeds, and Manchester. Careers advice is offered by the county ‘Connexions' team who come in to the school and meet with the students.
