The children in Year 7 at Tile House Mansion thoroughly enjoyed the team building day, designed to allow pupils to explore how effective teamwork can be through a series of activities which tested and developed their leadership, decision-making, prioritisation, effective use of time, co-operation, tenacity, planning and inspiration.
