Careers in Law

A select group of Year 12 students met with Judge Thorpe from Milton Keynes Courts on Friday 25th November. She talked about legal careers, the differences between the life of a solicitor and a barrister, different specialisations/areas of law and the varied routes to getting qualified. We also learnt about how a court case is run and even got to try on her wig!
