From Nursery through to Sixth Form

Akeley Wood School, located between Buckingham and Milton Keynes, provides a leading independent education for children aged 1 in Nursery to 18 in Sixth Form across three stunning campuses.

Ages 1 - 3

At our beautiful Wicken Park site, our Nursery offers outstanding care and facilities for children aged 12 months to four years all year round, providing a safe and happy springboard for your child’s education.

Ages 4 to 11

Akeley Wood Junior School offers a private education to children aged up to 11 at our Wicken Park grounds in rural Northamptonshire, near Milton Keynes. It is a fantastic start to formal education, combining a caring community environment with high-quality classroom teachers and subject specialists, plus outdoor space that has to be seen to be believed.

Ages 11-16

The Senior School curriculum is designed to help develop our student's knowledge and understanding of not only core GCSE subjects but also a wide range of topics, equipping them with a global perspective.

Ages 16 to 18

AW6, our dedicated Sixth Form, provides an unrivalled educational experience – specialising in combining academic excellence with preparation for the future. It focuses on bridging the gap between school and university and prepares students for the excitement and challenge of life beyond study.
